The sessions can be a 'one-off' or you can book in with Adam as maintenance to keep yourself feeling less stiff and sore and more ready for life!

Whether you're a desk worker, an elite level athlete or a keen walker, Adam's physiotherapy, sports massage and acupuncture skills can help you!

Sessions can be:

30 min appointment time (either legs or back & shoulders)

45 min appointment time (focus dependant on your requirements)

60 min appointment time (full body soft tissue treatment, still tailored to your needs)

These sessions can offer you much more than your regular sports massage session!

Prices are:

£40 for 30 mins

£50 for 40 mins

£60 for 55 mins

note; If you would like acupuncture included, then an additional health checklist and consent form will need to be completed before the 1st acupuncture treatment.
