Soft tissue therapy sessions with Adam can include both traditional sports massage techniques and also the use of acupuncture. With Adam being a qualified physiotherapist, he is perfectly suited to your needs. The session is tailored to your needs and also your treatment preferences. 

This is a great combination for your muscular aches, pains and also your recovery. 

The sessions can be a 'one-off' or you can book in with Adam as maintenance to keep yourself feeling less stiff and sore and more ready for life!

Whether you're a desk worker, an elite level athlete or a keen walker, Adam's physiotherapy, sports massage and acupuncture skills can help you!

Sessions can be:

30 min appointment time (either legs or back & shoulders)

45 min appointment time (focus dependant on your requirements)

60 min appointment time (full body soft tissue treatment, still tailored to your needs)

These sessions can offer you more than your regular sports massage session!

Prices are:

£40 for 30 mins

£50 for 45 mins

£60 for 60 mins

If you choose to include acupuncture in your treatment, please note the following:

• An additional health checklist and consent form is required.
• This form will be included in your booking confirmation.
• Please fill this out before your session, it will only take a couple of minutes and will ensure you maximise the treatment time.
